We will pick you up at your Hotel and take you to Penelokan (Kintamani),where we will breakfast overlooking the active volcano mount Batur and its (spectacular) crater lake. Then after breakfast we are off on our mountain bikes riding through the lush rain forest areas of Bali. We will be traveling down hill on secret village back roads with no traffic. During the bike ride whenever you wish we can stop to take photos and visit with local people when you can find out all you wish to know about village life.
Next we will visit a Balinese plantation a village temple and also go for a short walk through the rice paddies. You can experience first hand what it is like to grow, harvest and process rice. We will then introduce you to a coffee plantation and various types of plants we have in Bali.
We will also show you what process is used to make Balinese coffee.
At the end of the tour we will serve you a Balinese feast for lunch, we also cater for vegetarians all this will be done in a traditional Balinese home after which we will return you safely to your hotel.
This tour is full day tour ( 7.45 am – 4.00 pm )
